FACULTY AVAILABILITY ONLY - Students who have documented accommodations from the Access & Accommodations Resource Center (AARC) will have an Accommodation Letter indicating the type of accommodation that must be made by faculty. To locate these accommodation letters, the following steps should be followed. It is best practice to check who has a letter on file and what the accommodations are at the beginning of the semester.

Step-by-step guide

Add the steps involved:

  1. Login to DataVU
  2. Choose the FACULTY menu
  3. Under the heading, FACULTY INFORMATION, choose CLASS ROSTER
  4. Click on the link for the course you wish to view the letters.
  5. If a student has a documented accommodation, a link will appear in the row of the student in the fourth column labeled ACCOMMODATION LETTER.
  6. Click on the link to view the letter.
